Are You One Of “Those” People?

Digg me

I was working on another article yesterday, and decided to bump it for a video I wanted to share. It’s an attitude that I’ve seen all too often over the years.

Pick your subject – whether it’s politics, religion – even Network Marketing. You’re bound to run into someone who’s all bent out of shape and offended by what you say or do. While this can be bothersome and uncomfortable hearing someone else rant about being offended by something you appear to have caused, the responsibility doesn’t lie with the accused – but rather the accuser.

I learned a long time ago that when it comes to feelings and emotions – they’re yours and yours alone. Everything we look at in this world is neutral and nothing has any meaning except for the meaning that you give it.

What really cracks me up about these “issues” is that most of the time, instead of moving on and spending ones energy and time on something more productive (and healthy) I’ve seen cases where individuals will engross themselves in the very subject that offends them. All in the name of trying to rid themselves (and others) of the offensive subject or thing they find offensive.

Does that really make any sense?

Now I’ve read about this peculiarity from several authors, and have heard about how it all works and what to do about it in various seminars. I’ve yet however, seen anyone explain this anomaly in such a clear, coherent way before. I really don’t know that much about Dr. Gary Daniel, but I do know a thing or two about NLP. That’s short for Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

I’m sure some will get this – and others will find a way to be offended by it.

Just realize that if you are offended, he’s talking about you. ;-P

The Next Ten Years

Digg me

Not many companies make it past their first year in business. Even fewer make it past year 3. If a company manages to make it through year 5, most business experts will tell you that the company has passed their litmus test concerning “risk”.

Some will tell you MLM has even a slimmer chance of making it past year one. Even if it does make it past the first year, there’s this myth that MLM is nothing more than a house of cards that will eventually topple. These aren’t “experts” mind you, (not by any stretch of the imagination) they’re just people who regurgitate what they were told or what they’ve read somewhere else.

Truth be told, when you look at Amway, Avon, Mary Kay, Tupperware, NuSkin, PrePaid Legal, and Primerica, these examples dispel the myth with documented cases that MLM can be built to last for decades. In Avon’s case, more than a century.

Before YTB, not a single MLM Travel Program made the cut in the travel industry. I can’t tell you all the reasons why these MLM’s failed, mostly because they were here and gone long before I came into the picture in January 2005. I’ve read about dozens of them over the years and can only guess at this point what sealed their ultimate demise. When YTB Travel Network entered the picture however, there was an enormous shift in the way people actually booked travel – moving from “brick and mortar” to “click and order”. There was also a simple shift in mindset and the companies focus.

In 2001, it was the first really big wave of retail sales moving to the internet. Companies like Priceline, Travelocity, and Expedia were making massive jumps in sales as people found it much more convenient to book their own travel on line. Today, Expedia tops the list of Travel Agencies – doing more business than any other “brick and mortar” out there.

Me? I just wanted a small slice of the pie. So I signed up, bought a domain, and BandBVacations.com was born in January 2005. Other than my first full year in business, I’ve made money selling travel every year since. The only reason why my first year didn’t produce a profit was because all the travel “booked” in 2005 were for trips to be “consumed” in 2006. (You don’t get paid in this industry until after the travel has been consumed.) Once a stream of bookings were created after the first year, it’s been profitable every year since – selling “travel”.

From what I’ve read and heard elsewhere, the problem with Travel MLM’s was they were nothing but “card mills”. Pitching that the average “Joe” had an opportunity to travel on the cheap using travel agent credentials. That wasn’t YTB’s focus however. (Although some in the company did abuse that privilege.)

YTB’s goal was much bigger and far more threatening to the industry – to become the largest supplier of travel in the world.

Pretty big goal to be sure. Some would say it was outrageous – even outlandish. Regardless of either opinion, it’s the one key difference that cemented YTB’s success in the industry, making YTB Travel Network the first Travel MLM – and to this day, the only Travel MLM that really matters in the industry.

So, how did YTB Travel Network do in accomplishing its goal of being the largest supplier of travel in 10 years? Depends on how you look at it. While it’s true the company fell woefully short by billions in taking over the number one spot – by projecting and reaching for such a massive goal, the company has solidified itself smack dab in the middle of some of the biggest, most respected agencies in the country.

Not bad for a bunch of MLM Yahoo’s. ;-P

That doesn’t mean however, that YTB Travel Network totally escapes what I’ve come to recognize as nothing more than “guilt by association”. The Network Marketing industry is riddled with a plethora of myths and misconceptions. Combine that with the negative impact other Travel MLM’s had when they entered and then abused the travel industry. What you stir up are intense emotions in traditional sectors of the industry – and quite frankly rightfully so.

You can’t slap a standard – one size fits all label on YTB however. The company broke that mold when it was founded 10 years ago. If the company and its model was indeed the same as all the others, it would have suffered the same fate. I might add that that the company has withstood what most would assume would be insurmountable odds over the last few years. In reality, losing a single cruise line couldn’t possibly have the impact the industry was hoping for. True, it might have worked if everyone would have piled on like traditionalists had hoped for. But when you’re dealing with true business minds and logic instead of pure emotion and anger, that ship never sailed. Vendors weren’t that dumb. Didn’t matter what the “perception” was – YTB as a whole sold a boat load of travel.

Then there’s IATAN. Again, if the perception was correct as stated by IATA that the company was in the business of “selling” credentials to third parties, the company would have folded long ago. Others may have done it, but in YTB – the only way to obtain that credential was to earn it like everyone else – by selling travel. When the company tried to correct the error and appeal – they snubbed their nose at us. Since credentials, and free rides was merely a perception or label, we moved on and continued with our core model and product – producing even more sales and more bookings without the almighty IATAN at our side.

After the attempt to cut off suppliers and IATA failed, California filed a $25 million law suit with claims the company was illegal pyramid just one day before the 2008 Convention. Problem with that was Jerry Brown, the Attorney General at the time who filed the suit, figured out that nobody has ever paid for the “opportunity to recruit others”. (A very common myth in the industry.) Regardless, California still collected $875 thousand in the deal for themselves, leaving the last tenth of the million dollar settlement to the victims Jerry Brown boldly claimed he was trying to protect.

The Government will always get theirs – and since we did nothing illegal we kept our business.

Biggest problem I see with critics who enjoy slamming and shaming the company and its people – is they can’t correlate “BandBVacations.com” with an actual “product”. Never understood that – really. Nexion sells several hosting plans, TravelQuest does as well, even Expedia sells “booking engines” to those looking to get into the travel business.

But try to do that with an MLM – and suddenly the “value” is nonexistent simply because these minions fear the word recruiting. A phobia some never really overcome or grasp. Reality is, all those Hosting Agencies above are attempting to “recruit” you. They need new blood – new recruits in order to maintain and build their brand.

Regardless of what appears to be an obvious oversight regarding the word “product” or even “value” the company has learned how to “dumb it down” so that anyone, (including staunch critics) can understand what we are selling and being paid on moving into its next 10 years of business. (Truthfully, nobody’s really that dumb, they just like to play dumb on the Internet.)

As the parent company YTB International moves into the next 10 years of business, it’s expanded it’s product offering to another huge boom on the Internet.

Online shopping.

Like Travel, YTB or ZamZuu isn’t the first to market this type of product in the industry. Nor will the company be the first to successfully market an online shopping experience in the industry. But there will be a key difference in how commissions are paid to the Representative who sells it.

What hasn’t changed is the “fee” to become a Representative of the company. It’s free – nor are there any requirements to purchase any of the products associated with the company. But the company has finally come up with a way to ease the fears and phobias surrounding paying commissions in Network Marketing with what’s called a Z-Kit.

It’s silly really – not the actual product mind you, but the idea that people actually need a physical product they can feel – touch – and grasp in our industry in order to calm the nerves. Government and society has a lot to do with that. People like me (or others in the company) who can think on their own in logical, rational terms are in the minority. We have to appear to be like everyone else in order to be accepted – or in this case – to be able to keep jerks like Jerry Brown and Lisa Madigan from filing outlandish lawsuits with claims that it’s some sort of pyramid.

What ever happened to logic, and independent thinking?

The problem isn’t the industry – it’s outsiders who perceive the industry through a fixed lens that create the problems. While Royal Caribbean, IATA, Jerry Brown and Lisa Madigan all made bold claims about who we are and what we do. None of them hit the nail on the head.

How can I make such a bold claim? I don’t – but my website does. See, it’s still here – regardless of all the overzealous and wild claims to the contrary.

While I didn’t join the company when it first evolved 10 years ago – my bet is that it will still be here during the next 10 years. That excites some, and terrifies others. Regardless of which end of the spectrum you fall in – BandBVacations.com isn’t you’re choice to make.

It’s mine – and will be for decades to come. And for that I am grateful that there is somebody out there that still relishes and promotes independence, logic, and value in this world.

A Family Thanksgiving

Thursday, November 25th, 2010
11
Digg me

We have a tradition in our house that Christmas comes out the weekend before Thanksgiving. Often, we travel this week spending time with one set of Grandparents for Thanksgiving, and the other set during Christmas.

This year, we have the luxury of hosting both sets of Grandparents at our house for the holiday. Making this the first year in quite a while that we’ll be able to enjoy our own home decorated with Holiday spirit this Thanksgiving.

And not to be forgotten or outdone – since we’re the only house in the family with a wide screen and Hi-Def to watch Football – It’s about time! ;-P

Personally, we have a lot to be thankful for this year. It’s really been a banner year for our family. We owe much of it to the tools provided to us through YTB and ZamZuu and the people who have befriended and mentored us over the years.

For us, this business is so much more than just recruiting, or even travel or retail sales. It’s about helping others to be more independent – be self-thinking – a self-starter. It’s the first company and model that truly gave us the tools and the power to succeed and the only model that empowers us to help others.

This experience has also given us self-confidence and elevated our self-worth sky high. What was once looked upon with doubt and negative self-talk – now brings opportunities that we welcome with open arms and anticipation because we know that anything is possible.

Our eyes have been opened, and our mind is receptive to a whole new world of thinking and doing. It’s always been there, we’ve always held it within us. YTB was the key we were looking for that opened the door and let in the light.

It hasn’t always been easy, and it hasn’t always been pleasant. The challenges that come along have made us stronger and more determined. We stand proud for what we believe in and we don’t let anyone or anything stand in our way.

While Thanksgiving gives us a day to be thankful, we live in a feeling of gratitude moment by moment. No matter how big – or how small – our daily gratitude for all things provides a constant and steady flow of new possibilities and opportunities. Both good and bad experiences teach us and help us grow. We’re well seasoned and groomed – and the only thing that can stop us is ourselves.

Spend some time this Thanksgiving thinking about what you’re grateful for. We’d even suggest that you write it down. (We do every day.) There’s something powerful about putting it down on paper.

It makes no difference how big or small. It’s the attitude of gratitude that will attract more and more of what you can be grateful for.

Then carry that feeling with you throughout the holiday season over the next four or five weeks. Do that – and it becomes habit.

You’ll marvel at how you have a reason for Thanksgiving each and every day.

Got Crabs?

Monday, June 7th, 2010

Digg me

Have you even seen a bucket of crabs at the beach? Ever notice that you don’t need a lid once you have more than one? If there was only one crab in the bucket it would certainly escape. However, when there is more than one crab in the bucket, if one tries to crawl out, the other crabs would grab hold and pull it back down so that it would share the same fate as the rest of them.

And I’ve seen my share of humans who are no different.

It’s such a strange phenomenon and I haven’t quite figured out why people feel the need to do something so selfish and stupid.

And nobody who attempts to better themselves is immune.

It’s during these times that you have to make some tough choices between your own goals and dreams and the company you keep.

Here’s the thing: THEY don’t have to live with your decision – YOU do.

The first time I felt stuck inside a bucket was when I was trying to break into radio right out of college. The school told me that it wasn’t a viable career. Friends told me I wasn’t good enough. I remember my own father asking me how long I was going to chase my fantasy of a full time gig in radio.

At the time, I was doing whatever I could to keep my head above water doing odd jobs while doing part time gigs in radio. It was about two years after dropping out of college. I had a full time job as a janitor at the time – mopping floors and cleaning bathrooms during the week, then driving to Youngstown, Ohio for the weekend to do overnights at a top 40 radio station.

It was so long ago, I can’t remember how much longer it took (but it was only a matter of weeks maybe months) after that I got my first full time gig that launched my full time radio career.

I never let go of that dream. I guess because if I did – I’d be thinking to this day “What if”.

I’ve run into the same type of crabs in Network Marketing with these illusions that it’s not a viable career. That’s it’s something less than “worthy”. (As if they have a right to make that call. LOL!) They’ll do whatever they can to chastise and condemn the industry in an attempt to make it so unattractive that you’ll stay right inside the bucket.

Like my radio career however, I found a number of successful marketers who were willing to support me and help pull me out of the bucket and get me away from the crabs who wanted me to share in their misery.

That’s the difference between humans and crabs. You can always find another human who’s willing to mentor you and support you – especially in the network marketing industry.

Truth is – I’ve never been involved in a more supportive industry in my life. The industry is overloaded with mentors and support. Nor have I been surrounded by more gratitude and love.

If you spend enough time and get yourself plugged in – you’ll find them too. Good natured people willing to feed your body and soul with healthy food and nourishment. Before long, you’ll realize that it’s not only much more attractive outside the bucket – but there’s a lot more room.

Given enough time, you’ll find yourself on the outside looking in. Looking inside the bucket today – all I see are a bunch of crabby people who are just too stupid and selfish to figure out that supporting one another would save the entire bucket.

Don’t let the crabs in your life keep you from your goals and dreams. Stay focused and determined and you’ll find the right type of humans that will help pull you out of the bucket.

Trust me, there’s a lot more room and support outside than in. ;-P

DSA Celebrates 100 Years

Tuesday, May 11th, 2010
11
Digg me

The Direct Selling Association celebrates its centennial this year. One of its founding members was The California Perfume Company. If you don’t recognize the company, they changed their name in 1939 to something you may be more familiar with.

Avon.

The Direct Selling Association was first formed in 1910 in Binghamton, New York as Agents Credit Association. Over the years the Association changed its name a few times, but became what we know today as the DSA in 1968 when it moved to Washington, DC where it’s made its home for the last 41 years.

Some 200 Direct Sales and Network Marketing companies are members of the Direct Selling Association today. YTB International applied for membership more than three years ago, and was granted membership to this prestigious organization in September, 2007. The company remains a member to this day.

So why has an Association like the DSA and companies like Avon been able to withstand the test of time?

Simple – it’s one of the purest forms of distribution there is.

Period.

Manufactures who choose a Direct Sales company to distribute their products or services have major advantages over traditional channels. Both advertising and distribution costs are controlled – unlike “traditional” models. A manufacture only pays for product that’s actually sold instead of forking over hundreds of thousands (often times millions) in advertising to get the word out. Distribution costs are also controlled going “direct” and don’t pass through an elaborate maze of middle men who each take a cut along the way. Middle men only increase the cost to the end user. The variance between a manufacture and the end user can be so substantial that often the commissions earned in a Direct Sales company can be substantial, while being less expensive than other similar brands found on store shelves to consumers.

Tupperware is probably the best example I can think of – because it’s been done both ways. Invented in 1946, Earl Tupper took a gamble (or so he thought) by taking Tupperware off store shelves in the 1950′s and followed the “party plan” of Direct Sales. The line exploded and it’s a big reason why Tupperware is a house hold name today. It’s now sold in 100 Countries worldwide and has more than $1 billion in sales annually.

So if Avon has been around for 120 years, Tupperware started its Direct Sales program more than 50 years ago, and dozens of other companies like Mary Kay and Amway have been able to not only survive but thrive in the Direct Sales model call MLM for multiple decades – why even entertain the ignorant dolts who claim that MLM is a house of cards that can’t be sustained?

True the theory of exceeding the world’s population they all point to looks logical – but when has it EVER happened? This theory they all yammer about is nothing more than myth in an attempt to evoke fear into the one reading it. The hope is the reader just might think they’d be the one person left on this earth without anyone to recruit into their business of choice.

I use to enjoy going round and round with Zealots who use examples like the one found on SEC website to prove their point. It was great fun asking for a real life example. Quite often the silence was defining. Other times they just dug themselves deeper when they brought up examples that didn’t even come close with less than one hundred thousand participants. Even better – I’d bring up examples like Avon and Mary Kay that cater to a particular demographic – and ask how two similar companies couldn’t even capture half of the world’s population.

Ultimately frustrated and completely void of options – I’d end up being called every name in the book and chastised for being stupid.

Sucks being right. ;-P

Being a member of the DSA doesn’t protect you from being spit at as one of these “gigantic pyramid schemes”. Ironically, another government entity, Jerry Brown, the California Attorney General spit at YTB the day before our 2008 National Convention with those exact words. Concerned about YTB’s dramatic growth and rise, like all the others who buy into myths and theories, slapped a $25 million lawsuit on the company to protect consumers from the evils of fraudulent pyramid schemes.

As it turned out, the $25 million was settled out of court for a mere $1 million and while there was plenty of fanfare a year ago about putting an end to our company, I’m reminded of his words to this day every time commissions are loaded onto my YTB pay card. Hard to believe that it’s been a year since we “lost” that argument. (That’s the claim anyway.)

And yes, May 15th marks the one year anniversary since he spouted off that he ended everything. Gone but not forgotten, I just look at the commissions I continue to produce and earn, think about Jerry’s rhetoric and self-absorbed hype and say “Thanks for sharing”.

California is happy too. Of the $1 million YTB paid – $875 thousand went directly to California – not the “victims” they were intending to “protect”.

I know I really don’t have much of a voice with the DSA, as I’m only one person. But if there was anything I could ask them to help us out with over the next 100 years it’s this:

Could you make a push to help inform the general public between fact and what’s pure myth and hype? It’s not that hard to do. Ask the SEC to either produce an example of a company exceeding the world’s population or request that this bogus theory is taken down – never to implant false and misleading beliefs about Network Marketing and MLM’s again.

Help educate the general public that if you join a company like YTB for free as a Rep – there is no payment required for the opportunity to recruit others. Sounds painfully obvious I know – but there are plenty of examples I can provide where some simply don’t use their thinking caps – but instead wear dunce caps.

Bottom line is that there is still plenty of ignorance and false beliefs out there surrounding a very legitimate, viable, and profitable business model we call Direct Sales.

As an Association that has reached its centennial anniversary and provide tools and boundaries for those of us who uphold your ethics and standards, it’s time to expand our message to the general public and educate them on the difference between fact and fiction.

More Upgrades and Enhancements For ZamZuu

Friday, April 23rd, 2010
18
Digg me

Here we are again – yet another upgrade and more product enhancements for the YTB and ZamZuu Representative. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – I absolutely love how this company listens and responds to the needs and desires of the field. Most companies that I’ve worked for in the past – and you’ve probably experienced it too – make changes and decisions without any care or concern to what YOU actually need or want to make your job easier or more attractive.

Most companies act more like a Dictatorship that strike down new initiatives and changes without any concern or care for field input. It’s refreshing to see a company that actually sends out surveys asking for input. Based on a majority rule – changes are then made and implemented that benefit the majority who voted for the change.

They call that a Democracy.

One other aspect that I’ve come to appreciate over the years is how our Founders and Executives aren’t “know-it-alls”. You know the type I’m talking about – the ones who have an answer for everything under the sun. They’re experts in every area you can imagine. Heaven forbid if you don’t agree with their perspective or decision. You’ll be condemned in an attempt to make you feel stupid and insignificant. Let’s face it, our Founders are incredible marketers and recruiters – but they never had any illusions that they possess a better skill set or temperament than someone like Robert Van Patten when it comes to the day to day operations of a publicly traded company.

As I write this piece, I’ve yet to see the working model of our new sites and enhancements that should be up and running later today. I did get an advanced copy of what I can expect when the upgrade is complete. Some of the upgrades are minor changes and tweaks that have been missing since the initial launch of ZamZuu back in January, while others streamline both the free shopping experience for customers and the sign-up process for those that want to capture the growing trend of online shopping as a business owner.

It’s a whole new look for the ZamZuu Marketing sites, the new media center that includes the ZamZuu Revolution webcasts that are readily available and on demand right from the new homepage. There’s also a private media center in the Rep Back Office containing important information and presentations for the marketing business.

The company has also made the recruiting process better, with a sign-up process that’s a bit more familiar to what they experience in a retail environment. The information form is all in one step as many retail stores are doing these days. The prospect’s email address will also be their user name, making it more convenient and a quicker process. The process will auto-populate their marketing site URL. After finding an available domain name they’d like to purchase from a register like GoDaddy, the user ID can be changed at any time from their Business Center or by calling into ZamZuu Support.

Demographic information will also be asked during the process (which is completely optional) and by doing so, it will provide a better experience for the Representative with targeted campaigns such as local events and trainings that are happening in their particular neck of the woods.

The Associate Registration process is exactly the same, minus the payment information. For those in California, the sign-up process also works the same, minus any place for payment information until after the 14 day waiting period has expired. Instead, California prospects will see a confirmation message explaining the next 14 days.

Speaking of California, unfortunately I have to cut ALL of our enhancement short here and save it for another day. It’s not that I don’t want to or don’t have the time. The problem resides with a small group of individuals who must have struck a deal with California called “Narc That Blogger”. You see both these individuals and California don’t believe you have the capability or the intelligence of understanding that there are two separate income opportunities. They believe that explaining both at the same time will not only confuse you but it’s somehow unfair to provide another income stream with products that are attached to the business you’re actually selling.

Truth is – our model not only confused the snot out of them, but makes them extremely uncomfortable. And because of the fear and discomfort it produces, they become childish tattle tails who want to see me punished for speaking my mind with views and a position that does not match their limiting beliefs.

It’s not that they come after me personally – they go after the Home Office with some letter or call about a rouge blogger who’s trying to recruit the world into a gigantic pyramid scheme.

However, if you’ve already figured out that this is a viable business and happen to own a site that’s been enhanced, feel free to sign up for our free newsletter. There I can explain both sides to you this weekend, not because you’ve proven to be more intelligent, but because there’s no chance of me “recruiting” you.

Dumb and cumbersome I know. But like you, I’ve come to enjoy my business and don’t want to put our company in jeopardy regardless of how ignorant and childish others can be.

What’s Your Why?

Monday, January 25th, 2010
14
Digg me

Remember those goals we wrote about at the beginning of the year? Just wanted to do a little check up with you on how they’re going.

As January comes to a close next week we’re coming up on the time of year when the fitness clubs start to thin out, McD0nald’s and other fast food service restaurants begin to see an increase in profits, and sales for Nicorette gums and patches drop way down. It’s much more noticeable this time of year because everyone comes into the new year with a bang, only to fade off weeks later and go back to a comfort zone they’re familiar with.

If you’re in the Network Marketing or Direct Sales industry, you see this kind of thing all year long. That’s why I never get too disappointed when someone tells me no, nor do I get too excited when they say yes and sign up. You learn very quickly that talk is cheap.

Those who have a big enough “why” however, have a much better chance to achieve the goals they’ve set out before them. My grandfather for example had two heart attacks and a mild stroke when I was young. After his second heart attack, the doctor told him he’d never be able to more than walk the dog around the block for the rest of his life. He was in his 40′s at the time, and that’s all he needed to hear in order to quit smoking cold turkey and start exercising.

When I was 16, the two of us rode together on a 50 mile bike ride. (And I was the one who struggled.)

He’s 90 this year, and still walks to the grocery store, the doctor – dentist – and various other locations to keep him active.

He had a big why.

I got into this industry for a pretty big why too.

Security.

See, both Ronda and I had been burned far too many times in the corporate world. Four months after our son Brian was born, Ronda was laid off at Bellsouth after 6 years of service. I had been in the golf industry with a very large company who filed bankruptcy. I then moved to wire and cable with a company who was shut down by the Securities and Exchange Commission for fraud. (Cooking the books.) I worked for Gateway for a short time in their stores before they closed them and went into the big box stores. And my last stint in traditional business was a company called Hi-Fi Buys which I got out of when rumors started to surface about bankruptcy. (Which they eventually did.)

I’ve been with YTB for 5 years now – which is longer than all those other companies combined.

What YTB did for me was teach me how to be self sufficient. It’s also given me an incredible amount of self confidence. One of the reasons I’ve stuck with the company even with all the doom and gloom I use to hear about – I have the tools, mindset, and skills today to not only survive – but thrive on my own.

I never would have learned all that if I didn’t have a big enough why.

My peers at the time, the companies I worked for, nor did any schools teach me anything about being in business for myself. It wasn’t until I got around others like Coach, my Directors, and other Network Marketers that I needed to think about a company called “You, Inc.”

“You, Inc.”, has taught me how to look at a problem and come up with a solution to solve that problem. Look at my newsletter – now with thousands of subscribers. All started because I was smart enough to see a solution to a communication problem. I look at the market, realize what it needs, and offer services and products that cater to that market. It’s built trust and stability for me that I just couldn’t get in the corporate world.

All because I had a big enough why.

Even with all the ups and downs that YTB has had over the years – it’s a far better alternative and much more rewarding than working in the corporate rat race.

Find your why and you’ll have the same passion and stability. It won’t necessarily make the road less difficult, but it will give you the extra burst to break through to the other side to realize the rewards of the goals you’ve set.

Opportunity will knock for those who are ready, willing, and have a big enough why.
