However, the computer your talking about was our office computer, a desktop, not a laptop.

Back in December you had an article entitled something about did you ZamZuu and told how your computer died and how easy it was buying your new laptop over the web.  The article said you picked it up at a local electronic store.  I looked in your archives but the article is now missing.

So, I was just wondering was the computer out of warranty or was there other problems and your simplest way to fix was do it yourself.  Anyway, just curious.</description>
