From 08-09  EC declined .38%  TEC declined 2.83%
From 09-10  EC increases 9.79% yet TEC only increases 2.81%
From 10-11  EC increases 13.27% yet TEC only increases 7.98%

Now here is where it get&#039;s interesting....

From 11-12  EC increases 11.41% and TEC increases 7.49%
From 12-13  ES increases 10.30% and TEC increases 6.52%</description>
