One of the names in the Civil Suit was never an RTA, only a Rep. An “Official Release” will be out tomorrow concerning the Class Action in California, and a few will catch on eventually that the suit was doomed from the start. Jerry Brown was in the driver's seat and the case would go to trial because he (like John) was a better authority in what constitutes an illegal pyramid scheme. Garbage in - Garbage out. While this SHOULD give John and our critics a clue that they don't know what they're talking about, it reminds me of some of the hard core southerners I run into.
