John;

Never had any illusion that you spend all your time here. In fact with all the posts I see on scam.com, Yahoo Finance, your own blog, Travel forums, and any other article that relates to YTB, (which are many) I'd venture to say that the time you spend here is minimal at best. Only so many hours in the day, and far to many sites, both Pro and Con, to spew about YTB all day long.

As far as Coach's travel overrides, document it. What you believed to be true this year, was shown to be inaccurate, so why should I (or anyone) take your word from years past? Please, save it, unless you can document it. I have no interest in what you think you can recall or believe.

I'm embarrassed and appalled that you and your Professionals feel the need to attack and malign MailPound the way you have. They made a decision to work with YTB, and now you and your gang of thugs have turned this around on them, making them to be the bad guys, when all they wanted to do was build business. (Travel business no less.) They are an asset to this industry, and to drag them through the mud like you have, with three posts about big bad MailPound and how wrong they are for helping YTB shows just how shallow, bitter, and fearful you really are.

Actions speak far louder than words in this case, so don't try to justify it. It sickens me that you feel justified because of your obsession.

Which brings me to this notion of yours that you don't force yourself on anyone.

Dude, what planet do you think I live on to believe that massive black hole? Anyone who disagrees with your point of view is absolutely pounded into submission. No one disagrees with the Almighty John W. Frenaye. His word is the last and damn those who don't agree or won't submit to your beliefs. If they do, the are posted up on that joke of a blog, so you and the other children can throw sand in the eyes of anyone with a different view or opinion.

I leave my views and opinions right here John. You don't see me, or hear from me anywhere else, do you? That's because I know I'm right and don't need to defend and justify the way you do day after day.

If plastering your beliefs all over the internet is your solution, if that's the best you can do, your not half the man you think you are. Nor do you have the conviction you think you do.

Go drink some more Kool-aid, and make sure it's spiked just the way you like it. It's the only way you can keep these illusions of yours right where they need to be.

Not at all Doug. MLM is indeed a small segment but it does concern me. If the doctor told you that you had pancreatic cancer would you be concerned? After all the pancreas is really only a small segment of your body. But you know what, cancers can spread and as I have been proving in the blog for 18 months now, MLMs and travel are indeed a bad mix. I am glad you feel that you know how much time my "obsession" takes. I think you might be surprised if you had any desire to listen to anything other than what you were told to listen to.

Contrary to your beliefs, I am not on your blog all the time. Sorry to disappoint. But I did just go back and it does say that Coach gets the overrides on the rep end. However, I am pretty sure that his employment agreement from last year (or maybe it was 2006) indicated that travel overrides were 100% his.

I do not look at this as a game. I have a strong conviction that what YTB, Traverus, GTI, ProTravel etc. are doing are bad news for consumers and the industry. I am certainly not alone as is evidenced by the cover of the magazine you referenced in your post, so please don't allude that this is some Quixote-ish quest by one person--it most certainly is not. And if I can help get the message out to the consumers and the trade and allow them to draw their own conclusions based on my arguments and positions--that's a good thing. Everyone has the ability to decide for themselves--RCCL, NCL, Perillo, Qantas, IATAN, and others have made a decision to distance themselves from YTB. MailPound certainly is doing their best now as well. It seems that since August 46,000 of your RTAs also made the same decision. And let's not forget about the Directors who are also leaving. But as I said, people can make their own decisions and draw their own conclusions. I am not forcing mine on anyone!

It is amusing to me that you say I don't like people to question me. I encourage it Doug. Every day there are comments on the blog and emails sent to me and I engage in discussion. I even said some good things about MLM at the Webinar I was invited to participate in last week. But since you do not want to hear anything other than what is spoon fed to you , I suppose you were not online. If you want discourse (if you agree with it or not)you can come to my blog. If you want to be banned for your opinions and have your messages edited, feel free to come here!

John,

I'm afraid that like other questions I ask of you, this too will be ignored.

If it's such a "small segment", why all the fuss and obsession over it? You in particular have a real fascination with this particular segment, and it appears to consume you to a degree that there really isn't much time for anything else.

Why is that?

And in case your wondering, the other questions asked that you conveniently ignored were if you understood finally what Coach was getting overrides on, and two, how this little mud slinging game you're playing will help the industry be more professional, better agents, and better leaders.

I know you like to be in the drivers seat, and forbid anyone questioning you on anything you say or post, but it's my blog, and if you want to have a discussion about the industry, it's nice to have some feedback of questions asked.

Or are they too difficult to answer?

So, let me get this straight, you see a cover of a magazine and it has a hooded man and the title BOGUS AGENTS. If you are the Travel Pro that you claim, why on earth would you "smirk" and say that the man on the cover was supposed to depict you?

I don't get it. There was a picture of a rapist on the front page of my local paper last week. I didn't smirk and think it was about me. I saw a picture of a Wall Street swindler on the cover of the New Yorker and I did not smirk and think it was about me.

If you are a travel professional Doug, there is not a reason to smirk at all. What should have happened is you should have told the neighbor that there is a small segment of the industry that is harming the overall reputation.
